minute to thank all of you for the help you've given me with Pinky.
I never though I'd have a mouse as a pet but she was a birthday
present. After almost 2 years, I grew attached and even loved her.
She helped me get through my toughest years at college and helped me
keep my sanity during final exams. Everyone on your staff showed
genuine concern and care no matter how small the animal is, that's
comforting. Thank you for all you did to keep her part of my life as
long as she was.

"How can we thank you
enough? You and your staff were fabulous to us and we know that
without you we would not have been able to get through the whole
ordeal. We apologize for being such pests - constantly calling and
asking questions. But Hoover is our child and after losing Stella,
this accident to Hoover was devastating to us. Thank you from bottom
of our hearts!
Both Ed and I
expected to have a three-legged dog when this whole thing was going
on. When we see him running, chasing cats or rabbits and playing
like a little puppy, we are totally amazed and extremely grateful.
You've never really seen Hoover (at his prime) in action and believe
us, lately he's in constant action. He seems to be making up for
lost time!
